We are allowing customers into the shop.
We will be limiting the number of customers in the store and fish/tortoise rooms at once.
Only customers wearing a face covering will be allowed to enter the store, if you don’t wear a face covering, we will be happy to serve you in your car.
Children must remain with a responsible adult and not allowed to roam in the store.
We maintain a social distance of 2 meters.
Hand sanitiser is provided so please use it as you enter the building.
At this time, we are not able to catch specific individuals in the fish tanks unless the fish is a single specimen.
We are still offering the following services…
DRIVE THROUGH SHOPPING. Pull up in your car and remain in your vehicle. We will shop for you and bring your purchases to the car (all while wearing gloves) For larger items, we will place them on the ground alongside the card payment machine (which is disinfected after each use) while you remain in your vehicle. We will then retreat to a safe social distance while you collect your purchases and make payment. Once you have returned to your vehicle, we will collect the payment machine and disinfect it.
DOORSTEP HOME DELIVERY. Call us on 01253 798358 to place an order. You will receive an allocated delivery slot. Please remain in your home when items are being delivered. We will place items on your doorstep or other allocated safe place and then the driver will return to the delivery vehicle and phone you to make sure that items are collected. Payment must be made over the phone or online but we can help you with this process.
